Requirements:
You must be a Legal U.S. Resident
You must be at least 18 years old
You will be subject to a background check
You will need a wired telephone line and wired Internet connection
You must have a quiet work space

What opportunities are available?
You will service inbound calls from various clients based on the servicing opportunities that you select.  As soon as you successfully complete your training certification, you can begin servicing clients!

How much will I earn? 

• Pay rates on average range from $9-$14/hour
• You must work at least 15 hours per week but the total hours that you work will determine how much earn.  The more you work….the more you make!
• You can also service more than one client to maximize your earning potential.

Is there a Fee?
Each client offers training to properly use their systems and service their clients.
There is a service fee for training which varies based on the client. They range from $12 – $200 depending on the client. CLD Industries, LLC does not benefit from nor receive funds related to the training fee that you pay.

As an Independent Contractor, there are service fees deducted from payroll to cover your business expenses:

• Platform Access Fee $19.75 deducted from payroll
• Administrative Fee 8% deducted from payroll (If you earn $10/your take home pay will be $8)

Do you offer a Military Discount?
If you are in the military or the spouse of someone in the military, you may be able to obtain special pricing for certification.

Will I be responsible for my own taxes?
Yes, you will receive a 1099 at the end of the year for use when filing your taxes.
